Prices are in Euros, per week and per lodging, and include: electricity, gas, air conditioning, kitchenware, parking for one car or motorcycle, satellite TV where available, children’s play area.

FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER € 2,00 AS PER RESOLUTION no. 55 of 30/11/2021 BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF VIESTE, TO BE COLLECTED UPON THE CUSTOMER’S DEPARTURE AND SUBJECT TO THE ISSUANCE OF A RECEIPT”
ACCESSORY SERVICES
Final cleaning (mandatory): One-room apartment: € 40.00 – Two-room apartment and Three-room apartment: € 50.00.
Pet Cleaning Surcharge: € 20.00 per accommodation unit (to be added to the final cleaning).
Bed linen (on request): € 10.00 per person per change.
Bathroom towels (on request): € 7.00 per person per change.
Additional car parking surcharge € 5.00 per day, additional motorcycle € 3.00 per day.
Cot rental: € 5.00 per day upon reservation.
Tennis court (on request and reservation): € 5.00 per hour.
A 30% deposit on the total amount is required for the reservation; the balance of the entire booked period must be absolutely paid on arrival, before taking possession of the accommodation unit. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Any new taxes or changes in existing rates will affect the aforementioned rates. Stay start (check-in): 5:00 pm.
Stay end (check-out): 9:00 am.
REDUCTIONS, OFFERS, SPECIAL OFFERS AND EARLY BOOKING DEALS: 5% discount for reservations confirmed with deposit by 30/04/2024 (excluding periods E – F);
INTRODUCE A FRIEND: 10% discount for customers already registered in our record files and booking for themselves and a new customer not registered in our record files (excluding periods E – F);
BOOMERANG WEEK: Book a week’s vacation in the period from 01/04 to 29/06/2024 and get a week’s vacation with 30% discount from 07/09 to 30/09/2024 (cannot be combined with other offers).
MOBIL HOME "TERRAZZA": Book a week’s vacation in the period from 01/04 to 29/06/2024 with 20% discount
Agreement with the restaurant by the sea (minimum stay of 7 days): € 40.00 full board - € 30.00 half board per person per day with: breakfast at Beach Bar (croissant with coffee, cappuccino or fruit juice to choose from), lunch and dinner served at the table and choice from two pasta dishes and two second courses, side dishes, fruit or dessert, water (drinks not included). Children aged 3 to 12 benefit from a 25% discount.
